Answers every call after you close
Two rings, in a natural voice, in the caller's language. It opens by saying it is an AI and that the call is transcribed, so your callers are never misled.
Knows your business, not a script
Your hours, your services, your address. It never quotes a price you did not give it; if it has no figure, it says so and takes their number for you to call back.
Follows your rules, in your words
Which jobs are urgent, what to say about prices, who to put through, words never to use. Send a line and it changes the same day.
Takes the message properly
Name, number, what they need and how soon, sent to you as the call ends, by text where your line supports it and otherwise by email, and kept in your console with the transcript.
Books a time you actually have
Connect a calendar and it offers only slots that are open, confirms the one they pick, and sends it to you as the call ends.
Never ends in nothing
Every call ends in a message, a booking, or the caller's name and number. Someone who rings off in silence is still a customer, and you see their number whenever the caller shows it.
